          “ROST-development” is a professional company-developer. The purpose of its activity is creation, development and managing of the investment projects in the field of dwelling and commercial immovable property.
          The mission of our company is carrying out of development in frames of our own investment projects, using the international experience and implementing new standards of quality in the market of real estate. With this aim we make a whole complex of pre-investment investigations, the results of which are well-grounded conceptual projects.  Nowadays the field of our activities is divided into several directions:
          - creation of objects of country real estate – conceptual cottage settlements and centers of rest in natural reserves. Among such objects are: the elite cottage settlement of a club type “Pliutovo” in the suburb of Kiev (district Contcha-Zaspa); resting center “Shishkino” located in a pine forest in a curve of the river Samara (suburb of Dnepropetrovsk, village of Orlovshtchina), country living complex “Yamburg” situated in the picturesque surroundings of the historical place on a rocky bank of the river Dnieper (suburb of Dnepropetrovsk, village of Dneprovoye);
          - development of projects having a commercial purpose – construction of “ROST-Business center” in the avenue of Kirov in Dnepropetrovsk.

          In the long-term plans of our company we have envisaged the realization of investment projects in the field of country dwelling and commercial real estate in Kiev and Dnepropetrovsk, as well as in the sphere of elite dwelling immovable property in the south seaside of the Crimes (e. g. in the city of Yalta).
